Taylor Williams has been working in K-12 and adult education for more than 14 years. He is currently serving as the Secondary Curriculum Coordinator for the International Christian School in Hong Kong as well as a faculty instructor for Moreland University. This is his second time to serve at ICS in Hong Kong, most recently coming from Fort Worth Texas where he was Secondary Coordinator of Digital Learning.
With the support of his wife and children, Taylor strives to create new innovative paths to learning through technology integration consulting, keynote speaking, professional development training, maker space designing, educational research, and instructional design projects. He also does freelance graphic design, video editing, and photography when he’s not chasing his 4 children around the house. Passionate about learning and technology, Taylor makes sure that each person that he works with is well equipped to innovate and experience learning beyond traditional standards prepared to embrace and ride the front of the innovation wave.

According to research, feedback is one of the most effective ways for students to improve and develop their learning skills. Communication methods are constantly evolving to provide better and more efficient ways of providing personalized feedback to students for an enhanced learning experience.
